Wellness Detoxing During the Holidays
We are working on a full list of strategies on Getting Rid of Donuts. So far we have:
1. Bake a simple piece of bread. This takes time and is fun for everyone. It requires self-rising flour, water and a few minutes.
2. Create responses for intentional and unintentional saboteurs you might have to meet over the holiday season.
3. Burn as many calories as you think you might eat before you go to the meetup/dinner/party. By doing this you can say yes to a drink or a dessert.
