52 Weeks for Asian focused Wellness Plan

Today I started working on a 52 week wellness plan for Asia.

The blog for the food diary is on Healthstorey the main location for the wellness coaching platform.

Challenges for today:

  • Reading the Gold's Gym 12 week personal transformation plan for getting lean.  I'm using the plan as inspiration.  The 12 week plan is available on their website and you can download the files.
  • Realizing I'm going to be 18 percent body fat.
